It has come to our notice that a new Puja is being organised under the name of "London Durga Puja Dusserah Association". We note that the name is very similar to our registered name, thereby causing confusion and infringing our rights under the trade mark laws.

Please note that this new Puja is not the Puja organised by the London Durga Puja Dusserah Committee ®, which has been celebrating Durga Puja in London for nearly 50 years. Our Puja will take place this year, as usual, at the Camden Centre, Bidborough Street, London WC1H 9JE.
